Ms. Reynolds earned a B.S. Degree from Cornell University and a J.D. Degree from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE. She is a former law clerk to Chief Judge Chandlee Johnson Kuhn of the Family Court of Delaware, and Senior Judge Jane R. Roth of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Reynolds was also an associate at Delaware’s largest law firm, Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A.
In 2010, Ms. Reynolds founded the Law Offices of Dana L. Reynolds, LLC. Since then, Ms. Reynolds has represented hundreds of clients in State and Federal Courts. The Law Offices of Dana L. Reynolds, LLC has allowed Ms. Reynolds to fully realize her passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.
Ms. Reynolds is admitted to practice before all State and Federal Courts in Delaware and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She is active in a number of professional organizations including the Family Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association, American Bar Association Family Law Section, member of the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Courts, and Assisted Reproductive Technology Law Section, and Melson-Arsht Inn of Court. Ms. Reynolds treats every client with respect and integrity.
Senior Paralegal Sarah Anderson earned her B.A. degree from University of Delaware and her Paralegal Certificate from the Legal Education Institute (LEI) at Delaware Law School - Widener University. Ms. Anderson is an integral part of the legal team at the Law Offices of Dana L. Reynolds and assists with matters of divorce, property division, alimony, child support, child custody and visitation, and criminal law.
Attorney Tyler J. Waad, Esq. earned in Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Delaware Law School – Widener University, and is admitted to the Bar of the Delaware Supreme Court for the State of Delaware. Prior to earning his J.D., Mr. Waad studied in the Alfred Lerner School of Business at the University of Delaware and received his B.S. degrees in both Finance and Economics. While in law school, Mr. Waad was a member of the Moot Court Honors Society, the Vice President of Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honors Society, Vice President of the American Association for Justice and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society. Mr. Waad is also a member of the Melson Arsht Inn of Court and the Family Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.
Mr. Waad has been working for the Firm since 2014 in the areas of criminal defense and family law.
